Personal childcare with families at its heart
At Three Bears Childcare, we want children to feel comfortable, cared for and ready to explore. Our Wallingford nursery brings together a family atmosphere and learning through play, guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Our story
Three Bears began in 2015 with Allie’s passion for supporting children and families. Her background in early education and social work continues to shape our approach: getting to know each child and working alongside the people who care for them.
Our Wallingford setting carries that vision forward, offering a personal environment and practical support for family life.
Learning through play
Play gives children opportunities to communicate, solve problems, develop skills and discover what interests them. We follow their curiosity and offer experiences suited to their age and development.
Growing together
Mixed age groups are an important part of our approach. Children have opportunities to form friendships across ages, learn from one another and develop confidence in a family-like setting. We adapt care and activities to each child’s needs.
Working with your family
You know your child best. We welcome your insight into their routines, interests and the things that help them feel settled. We can also discuss additional support, school transitions and the childcare arrangements that work for you.
Supporting the people who care for your child
We value our staff and invest in their training, development and wellbeing. A supported team is central to the consistent, thoughtful care we want every family to receive.
