Keeping children safe
Children’s safety and wellbeing are central to our work. We want every child to feel secure, listened to and respected at Three Bears.
Our approach
Our staff receive safeguarding training and follow our safeguarding procedures. Recruitment includes the appropriate DBS and reference checks. We work with families and relevant services to respond to concerns and support children’s wellbeing.
Speak to us about a concern
If you have a concern about a child at the nursery, please speak to our Designated Safeguarding Lead. You can also ask a team member to help you contact them.

Call 999. For other concerns about a child, use the Oxfordshire Safeguarding Children Board’s reporting guidance to find the appropriate local service.
