Safeguarding is the top priority for Three Bears Childcare.
 

It is everybody’s responsibility to keep children and young people safe. If you’re concerned that a child is being abused or neglected, you should report it appropriately so that the child can be protected.

Three Bears Childcare works with children, parents, and the community to ensure the rights and safety of children and to give them the very best start in life. Our Safeguarding Policy is based on the three key commitments of the Early Years Alliance Safeguarding Children Policy.
 

All our staff have up-to-date training in Safeguarding and have relevant DBS checks. Any new members of staff will be employed subject to DBS and Reference checks as well as passing our rigorous interview process.
